Pathfinder Awards 
This CTSI opportunity will support the study of
(1) operational enhancements or innovations
that build on existing CTSI infrastructure and
(2) novel methods or technologies. Applications due May 15. More information here.

Center for Autism Research and Treatment Pilot Awards
Preference for the CTSI-CART awards will be a
given to projects likely to lead to successful
future funding (e.g., R01). Proposals addressing the mechanism and treatment of autism are encouraged. Applications due May 25. RFA here.

LOI Due for UC Catalyst Awards

DEADLINES
UCLA CTSI K Workshop
This covers the NIH K and CTSI KL2 award processes, development of K proposals, an overview of CTSI resources plus an introduction to the K99. Participants can submit draft applications in advance of the workshop for review. RSVP by May 15. Register here.

UCLA California NanoSystems Institute Video Contest 2015 
To enter, submit a fun and exciting, two-minute video that highlights the CNSI at UCLA by May 30. Participants can win up to $2000. More here. 
 
Deadlines Extended: Training Programs in Translational Science
Track 1 (modules) and Track 2 (certificate program) applications are now due June 1; see details. Track 3 (Masters program) applications are still due May 15;  see details.

UCLA's 20th Annual Research Conference on Aging 
Open to UCLA faculty, fellows, graduate students, and community research partners; attendees are invited to submit abstracts for inclusion in the poster session by May 29. Learn more.
