KL2 Translational Science Award
This CTSI award provides over $100K in salary support, benefits and funds to highly qualified junior faculty to conduct mentored, interdisciplinary, patient-oriented research. Letters of intent were due Feb. 2; full applications due

Core Voucher RFA 
Applications for vouchers worth up to $10K in core services will be accepted from CTSI partner sites between Feb. 23 - Mar. 9. Previous voucher recipients may also apply if a different proposal is being submitted. Details here.
 
NCATS to Issue CTSA Funding Opportunities
NCATS has announced the intent to publish new CTSA funding opportunities for Trial Innovation Centers and Recruitment Innovation Centers. Also announced, CTSA Innovation Awards will fund flexible CTSA networks to address high priority translational research questions.

Rapid Pilot Grants Program Research Funding Available
The UCLA OAIC and the UCLA CTSI are soliciting applications from the four CTSI partner institutions for the Rapid Pilot Grants Program's aging-related basic, clinical and health services research. Award size will range from $1,000 to $10,000, depending on scope of work. Applications will accepted until the program's allocated funds have been spent. More information here.

Participate in BRIDGES, an NSF-funded Project for Interdisciplinary Research Teams 

The UCLA CTSI is recruiting interdisciplinary research teams for an  NSF-funded research project - BRIDGES: Building Resources through Integrating Disciplines for Group Effectiveness in Science (NSF, SciSIP, Award #1262754). Volunteer teams will complete a few brief surveys and attend a 1.5-hour team-training workshop on either Mar. 25 or 26.  Learn more here.
