Greetings!

We all need a little help sometimes.  I know I have.  I know others have.  I have a good feeling you have.  Why are we so afraid to ask for help?  Does it make us feel weak?  Irresponsible?  Not as saavy or resourceful or accomplished as we think we are?

What I have learned is that we're all part of a beautiful and complex web of people in this world. Some we know, many we do not know (yet).  How many of us wish to live alone, our own island, separated from everyone else?  How many actually do so?  Very few, I'd say.  There's a unique facet of being human - and that's being connected.  For we - you & me - are not who we are without everyone else around us.  We each help, even in the most minute way, sculpt and inform others who they are, creating and enlightening and guiding when it comes to self- & global-identity.

So as part of this web, this web of interconnectedness, we should feel right at home connecting, especially when it comes to learning, building, growing, thriving.  Our own growth also translates into another's (or many others!) growth.  When we thrive, others thrive.  We're not able to do this completely on our own.  So that creates moments, many moments where we have to reach out, ask for help.  If you do not let others, these others who are part of your web, know that you need their help, they cannot and will not help you.  If you give them the opportunity to help, they will take such great joy knowing they are helping another in the web. Win-win for everyone. You know?

Coming to Boston & New York!

From the west coast to the east coast, I'm a-comin' for some family seeing, some wedding celebrating, and some friend time.  While I'm on the east coast, though, I'm still in action - as always! - and excited to connect with many of you who I usually talk with by phone, email, social media, etc. for some healing & energizing opportunities.

I will be offering a handful of discounted healing attunements while I'm visiting Boston and NYC.  They are easy to maneuver within your schedule (usually takes around 10-20 minutes; flexible as far as location goes (you, me, and a chair for you to sit in); and pack quite the positive punch (helps to remove blocks/"stuckness" and promotes healing & forward movement in whatever area of your life with which you'd like to receive support, be it physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etc.).
