The legislative session is expected to wrap up next week, and lawmakers  haven`t yet agreed on how much infrastructure funding to provide western  North Dakota. One bill that seemed to meet all of the needs received  overwhelming support in the House.

Dickinson may have to halt growth if the North Dakota Legislature doesn't restore the funding it removed from House Bill 1358 because the city won't be able to fund infrastructure in new developments.
