Some of these attorneys we have known all our lives and others have recently come into our lives. Evan Husney and I grew up together and have known each other since elementary school. While Lindsay Hutchinson and I met just a few months ago and I was impressed with how she handled herself in the courtroom. Lindsay N. Hutchinson, Attorney
Lindsay's practice is exclusively dedicated to protecting the rights and interests of individuals accused of committing a wide variety of crimes in state and federal court. Lindsay comes to FGMC from the Denver Public Defender's Office, where she gained extensive litigation and trial experience. She performed as lead counsel in approximately thirty jury trials, and successfully represented clients against allegations of DUI, sexual assault, aggravated robbery, burglary and child abuse, to name a few. Lindsay is an effective and skilled trial attorney who believes that every person accused of a crime deserves a zealous defense.

Lorna H. Horton, Attorney
Lorna's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and brings her strong litigation skills to the expanding family law practice at Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher. In addition to handling a wide range of family law issues including divorce, child custody and support matters, she will also continue her practice in complex civil litigation matters.

David J. Dansky, Of Counsel
David's practice focuses on plaintiff's medical malpractice, complex civil litigation and real estate. David has been in private practice since 1992 and has tried over one hundred jury trials in his career as a former prosecutor out of the Denver DA's office.

Elliott R. Husney, Of Counsel
Elliott's legal practice focuses on the representation of a wide variety of clients with respect to a broad range of general corporate matters. Elliott has engaged in angel, venture capital and merchant banking activities. As a frequent speaker, panelist and member of the Colorado Clean Tech Initiative he has coached and mentored entrepreneurs and businesses. Elliott was recently invited by the Governor's Office of Economic Development and International Trade to serve as a judging panel member for over 100 of Colorado's leading growth companies. Elliott has a BSBA and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver. After graduation he served as a Staff Examiner for the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. and a Trial Attorney for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
Elliott now divides his time between the traditional practice of law and providing business, financial and merchant banking services to entrepreneurs, businesses and investors.

Evan J. Husney, Of Counsel
Evan Husney's general corporate practice includes the representation of clients in a broad variety of matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions of all sizes, and contract drafting, negotiation, review and management. Mr. Husney's experience in large law firms, solo practice and as general counsel enable him to act as more than just the "lawyer" and to add substantial value as a trusted business advisor.
