Texas Division
Randy King's Paparda Rey is still the current Top Private Boat with 2,250 points. Stephen Yamin is holding the 1st Place Wahoo division with a 66.8 pound catch and Jack Beal is holding a close 2nd Place with a 65.9 catch.
International Division
In the International Division, Daryl Schroeder's Dream Time is the current Top Private Boat with 21,200 points and Tom Shumate's Patron is in 2nd place with 15,050 points. Tom Shumate is still holding the Top Male Angler category with 13,450 points, Alan Latham is in 2nd Place with 8,700 points and Bob Henderson is in 3rd Place with 6,400 points. Sondra Shanklin is the current Top Female Angler with 600 points. Kassidy Nethery is the Top Junior Angler with 1,900 points, Jack Shanklin is in 2nd Place with 1,700 points, Sloan Shanklin is in 3rd Place with 1,400 points, and Kyleigh Nethery is in 4th Place with 1,150 points.

Captain's Corner
A full body mount of the new Texas State Record Blue Marlin arrived at the Rockport Aquarium last week. The mount, created by Gray Taxidermy, will be on permanent display at the Aquarium. A dedication ceremony is planned for the morning of July 9th. The Legacy Fishing Team would like to thank the Houston Big Game Fishing Club for helping to make this happen and would also like to thank Weighmaster Bud Kittle for organizing the project.
