Forgotten
     
"Then he adds: 'Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more.'" Hebrews 10:17 (NLT)
 
God declares that when we come to Jesus, and He takes away our sin and gives us His righteousness, that He will never again remember the sins and lawless deeds we have done! Wow!! Every sinful and shameful thing we have done against God and His Holy Law will never be remembered by Him again! How greatly we are loved by our Father in Heaven! But, as much as we are loved by our Heavenly Father, we are equally hated by satan and his dark angels. Although God forgets ALL our sins and never brings them to remembrance, the same cannot be said for the enemy. The devil loves to remind us of our failures, and does so often, as he attempts to keep us away from our God and His goodness.
 
The enemy tries to create a false sense of condemnation in our minds by reminding us of our sins and failures. We must call it a false condemnation for the Bible declares "There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." If you are in Christ Jesus know today that you are forever free form the false condemnation the enemy would try to place on you! Your Father in Heaven loves you so much He was willing to give His only begotten Son for you, and if He loves you so much that He would not hold back His Son from dying for you, what else would He deny you? You are blessed, for you are loved by the Father!!!
 
"So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose? If God didn't hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn't gladly and freely do for us?"
