The Power Of The Blessing
     
"...Abraham was only one man when I called him. But when I blessed him, he became a great nation." Isaiah 51:2 (NLT)
 
God's blessing is so powerful it was able to take a single man, with a barren wife, and turn him into a great nation! This is the power of God's blessing! It is not dependent on my capabilities or talents; all I need do is to take God at His Word! Abraham was 75 years old when God promised him a son, when God finally said Sarah was going to conceive (nearly 25 years later), she and Abraham were both far past the age of child bearing, but that didn't matter to God! Abraham took God at His Word, and He acted in faith on that Word, and became a great nation, receiving all God had promised him!
 
If you want to experience the power of the blessing in your life, put your trust in Jesus alone, depending on His ability and not your own! God is more than able to fulfill all He has spoken to your heart, and all He has promised you through His Word; all you need do is to take Him at His Word! God's blessing is powerful, and He desires to pour that blessing upon His children! Take God at His Word! Depend on the righteousness that comes from Jesus, and never try to justify yourself, or earn God's Blessings! They come only by faith, freely given through Jesus! Believe God! Be Blessed by God!!
 
"So the promise is received by faith. It is given as a free gift. And we are all certain to receive it, whether or not we live according to the law of Moses, if we have faith like Abraham's. For Abraham is the father of all who believe." Romans 4:16 (NLT)
