Calling On The Lord
 
"And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." Acts 2:21 (NIV)
 
On the Day of Pentecost Peter announces the truth that Jesus is the only way to Heaven, and that anyone who is willing to call on His name for salvation, trusting in Him alone, will be saved! It's a fantastic truth and promise!
 
Do you remember the day you called on the name of Jesus for salvation? It is a day your life was changed forever! A day when your name was written down in Heaven! Jesus saves ALL who call on Him! And, the great thing is, that even after He saves our eternal soul we are still able to call on His name whenever we need Him. Jesus is always just a call away! When we find ourselves in a bind He is ready and willing to deliver us! Jesus is there to provide for us, taking care of all our needs! All we need to do is call on His name! Never forget that the Lord is always there with you! He is always listening and always ready to help! Never hesitate to call out to the Lord! He is MERCIFUL and LOVING! And always remember, God ANSWERS prayers!!
