Citizens Of Heaven
 
"Just one thing: Live your life in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or am absent, I will hear about you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind, working side by side for the faith that comes from the gospel." Philippians 1:27 (HCSB)
 
As citizens of Heaven we should live our lives in a manner that is worthy of our home land! We should live in such a manner that our lives here on earth magnify our citizenship in Heaven! We have received the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and now we are to work together to ensure those who have yet to change their citizenship hear about the opportunity to do so through Jesus Christ. Working together we are able to draw from one another's strengths and abilities, doing much greater things for the furtherance of the Gospel message than we could ever do on our own.
 
Augustine once said, "Pray as though everything depended on God. Work as though everything depended on you." God indeed gives us the power to spread the Gospel message, but we must choose to work diligently under that power to ensure it reaches everyone! We must labor together to bring glory to our Lord Jesus Christ! Working together we can IMPACT the world for Jesus Christ as we share the life-saving and life-changing message of the Gospel! We have been given the power to do so, and now it is up to us to use that power!
 
"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." Acts 1:8 (NKJ)
