Plenty Left Over
 
"And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others."
2 Corinthians 9:8 (NLT)
 
God by nature is a giver. He gave mankind life, and when they sinned, He provided new-life by giving the world His only begotten Son. Sense our Father is a giver, it only makes sense that we His children would be also. When our Father saw mankind was in need, He provided in a generous way. When we, His children and representatives on planet earth, see others in need, we are to act like our Father in Heaven and provide in a generous way for their needs, if it is at all within our means. And we need not worry about having enough, for God assures us that He will generously provide for all of our needs, even making sure we have plenty left over.
 
God is ready and willing to bless His children in an extravagant manner, so that they may provide for those who are in need, establishing the reality of God's love for this world. John Bunyan once wrote, "A man there was, and they called him mad; the more he gave, the more he had." God wants to bless His children, and He wants them to be a blessing! God will provide for our every need, in addition to making sure we have plenty left over! We need only trust His Word, and act on His Word! For when we apply faith to that Word it will begin to grow and manifest in our lives! Act in faith, being a generous giver, blessing those in need around you, and your Father will make sure you not only have enough, but plenty left over!
