Opening The Heavens
 
"One day when the crowds were being baptized, Jesus himself was baptized. As he was praying, the heavens opened." Luke 3:21 (NLT)
 
On the day Jesus is baptized He prayed and the Bible says the Heavens opened and the Holy Spirit descended upon Him. This gives us a great picture of what goes on when we pray in faith as Jesus did! When we pray the prayer of faith God opens the Heavens above us and the power of Heaven descends upon us, and whatever situation we may be facing!
 
There is great power released when the child of God prays in faith! We should never discount the ability of our prayers to change the world around us! Sometimes the answers to our prayers may be delayed, or even resisted by the enemy, but they cannot be stopped! Understand when you pray in faith the Heavens are opening above you and the power of Heaven is descending upon you with an answer to your prayer! You have the ability to release the power of Heaven upon this earth when you pray! That means you have the ability to change the world! Pray often! Release the power of Heaven upon this earth through your prayers!
