What's Your Limit???  
  
"When all the jars were full, she said to her son, 'Bring me another one.' But he replied, 'There is not a jar left.' Then the oil stopped flowing." 2 Kings 4:6 (NIV)
 
Elisha had instructed the widow to go out and borrow as many empty jars as she could get her hands on. And, he emphasizes the fact that she needed to think BIG, and not just borrow a few jars. The widow was able to fill up all the jars she borrowed with only the small amount of olive oil she had; the oil didn't run out until she ran out of jars. The amount of the widow's blessings was directly tied to her faith! The amount she believed God for, which was demonstrated by the amount of jars she collected, was exactly what she got!
 
Jesus said, "All things are possible to him who believes." What are you believing God for today? Have you put limits on how much you will allow God to bless you? How big is your dream? How big is your faith? If you have billboard dreams, you can't have postcard faith! The two are not compatible! Big dreams take Big faith! If you can believe God great things, you will have and do great things! Jesus also said, "Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them." The only limits to God's power to bless us are the ones we impose upon Him! It is only are failure to believe God for an abundance that keeps us from receiving it! Remember, your inward faith will always be expressed in your outward actions. Have BIG faith, and your life will be overflowed with the abundant blessings of God!!
