As David dares to challenge Goliath, he recalls the past victories the Lord had brought him. He recalls the time he faced off against a lion and the Lord made him victorious, and likewise when he faced the bear. David didn't forget what God had done for him in the past, and this strengthened his faith so that God could do even greater things through him in his future!

Do you remember all the times the Lord has come through for you? Do you remember the victories of the past God has given you? Or, have you forgotten all the times the Lord has blessed and delivered you? If we will keep in mind every victory the Lord has given us, they will serve as stepping stones to even greater victories! And, as we keep in remembrance all the victories given to us by the Lord, it strengthens our faith, allowing us to face greater challenges and experiencing greater victories! Let us talk about the goodness of God we have experienced with others, never losing sight of it! Let us tell others of the great victories He has brought to us! Let us walk in faith, knowing, if God has blessed us and delivered us in the past when we trusted Him, He will do the same thing today and tomorrow!
