"Each one of you will put to flight a thousand of the enemy, for the Lord your God fights for you, just as he has promised." Joshua 23:10 (NLT)

Joshua reminds the Israelites of how the Lord has brought them victory after victory. Regardless of the odds they have been able to overcome the greatest of threats! One man of Israel has been able to overcome a thousand men form the enemy's camp! God was fighting for them just as He had promised; therefore no nation, no matter how powerful, could stop them!

When God is for us, it doesn't matter how great the challenge; the odds of us being victories are inconsequential! When God is for us nothing can stop us! When we are called to do the impossible by God, and we step out in faith, we will be victorious every time! No matter how great the odds seem to be! Watchman Nee said, "A person who wholly follows the Lord is one who believes that the promises of God are trustworthy, that He is with His people, and that they are well able to overcome." If God has spoken to your heart, follow Him! God's promises never fail! Whether the promise is written in the Bible or one spoken directly to your heart, they will never fail! All we need do to see them become a reality is to step out in faith, trusting God, and God will bring them to pass! Never allow the odds of victory to hold you back! Remember, when God is for you no one can stop you! Have faith!!
