"At that time I gave Joshua this charge: You have seen for yourself everything the Lord your God has done to these two kings. He will do the same to all the kingdoms on the west side of the Jordan." Deuteronomy 3: 21 (NLT)

Moses knew Joshua would face some great challenges as he led the children of Israel into the land God had promised them. Moses wanted Joshua to remember all the times God had come through for them, all the times He had fought for them, and every time God had done the impossible to bless Israel. This would build Joshua's faith and give him the courage he needed to go forward, trusting God to fulfill all He had promised.

In Psalm 105:5 we are encouraged to "Remember the wonders He has performed, His miracles, and the rulings He has given." Remembering all the ways God has blessed us and all the times He has come through for us will strengthen and build our faith, making it possible for us to face greater challenges and receive greater rewards! If you're facing a great challenge today, remember the GREAT God who loves you, and ALL the times He has blessed you! Talk of His goodness to others; and by doing so you will strengthen both, theirs, and your faith. God has blessed you in the past, He has delivered and protected you in the most difficult of times, and He will do it again! REMEMBER God's goodness!!
