Doing The Impossible....

"And in the thirty-ninth year of his reign, Asa became diseased in his feet, and his malady was severe; yet in his disease he did not seek the LORD, but the physicians."

2 Chronicles 16:12

Asa was a king of Judah; a king who saw God do incredible things!  The Bible tells us of a time when Judah was threatened by an Ethiopian army of a million soldiers!  The odds were overwhelming!  Victory had to seem like an elusive impossibility to Judah and her king.  But, Asa was wise and brought the matter before the Lord.  Asa realized that with God working on his side he could overcome any army regardless of the size!  And that's exactly what he did to the million man army of the Ethiopians!  He looked to God and trusted Him, and God brought Asa a great victory!  Unfortunately when Asa grew old he forgot the lessons he had learned in the past, and stopped acknowledging God.  Asa looked other places to find answers to his problems, and died a fool, refusing to acknowledge God!

If we will acknowledge God in all we do there is no mountain we cannot climb!  No obstacle we cannot overcome!  With God everything is possible!  Nothing is too hard for Him!  All we need to do is acknowledge and trust Him, and He will make the impossible possible in our lives!  Trust God!  Look to Him in all situations!  Always acknowledge the Lord and you will live a life of victory!

"Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass." Psalms 37:5
