Tree Of Righteousness...

"To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified." Isaiah 61:3

As we journey through this world we face many disappointments and heart aches, but as a child of God we need not face any of them alone.  Jesus Christ is not only our deliverer that brings us to eternal salvation, but He is also our Comforter.  In this world we need a Comforter!  We walk in a world that contradicts everything about our "homeland", so it is no surprise that we face many heart aches and disappointments.  But our Comforter is always with us!  He is there to take those disappointments and heart aches and turn them around!  Jesus is able to take the ashes of our life and turn them into something beautiful.  In our greatest times of sorrow and morning He is able to give us joy unspeakable!  He is there to take our burdens and worries, bringing us into a place of praise and peace in His presence!  Jesus gives us life from death!  Jesus takes our filthy, sinful rags and clothes us with His righteousness!  If you find yourself heavy hearted today, burdened with the cares and disappointments of this life, call on Jesus!  He is a Comforter to all who seek Him!  Allow Jesus to take whatever situation you are facing and give you a "tree of life" in its place!  Jesus cares for you!  

"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30
