The Rain...

"For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it." Isaiah 55:10-11

The rain, it brings life to the earth.  Without the rain and snow nothing would grow; the land would be barren.  God's Word is the same way, it alone brings life!  Apart from the Word there is no life!  God's Word is all powerful, and it ALWAYS accomplishes what it is sent out to do; that is to bring life to this sin tattered world.  God has given the born again Christian His Word that we would be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.  When we confess God's Word over ever situation we face in this life we bring the reality and power of Heaven to this world.  We release life giving power into this world!  The power of God's eternal Word cannot be over stated!  Let us not forsake God's Word as we go through this life.  God has given us His Word, and in it and through it, by faith, we find all we need to live a fruitful and powerful life for the Kingdom of God, which we are a part of!  Speak and confess God's Word over your life daily!
