Agreeing With Heaven...

"I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth is already boundin heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is already loosedin heaven." Matthew 16:19 

Many versions of the Bible translate this verse by saying "will be bound" but a more literal and accurate translation would correctly say "is already bound".  So, when I come to understand that Jesus is telling Peter and His disciples that what every they bind on earth is already bound in Heaven, and likewise whatever you loose on earth has already been loosed in Heaven, I see that the secret to living in authority and power upon this earth is coming into agreement with Heaven!  When I bind or loose anything, what I should be doing is coming into agreement with Heaven.  Sickness, poverty, depression, cancer...all these things have been bound from Heaven, so when I bind these things from my life I am simply agreeing with heavenly realities. And, when I loose someone or myself from one of these things I am coming into agreement that because they do not exist in Heaven they may have no place on earth.  But, when I come into agreement with a man centered idea that contradicts the Word of God I allow the "Gates of Hell" to keep back the reality of the Kingdom of Heaven from manifesting in this earth.  When I deny a man centered idea and come into agreement with God's Word I am using the "Keys of Heaven" to release heavenly realities here on earth!  Believe God's Word, and come into agreement with it, and you will see the supernatural power of God unleashed in your life!

"This, then, is how you should pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." Matthew 6:9-10
