"You call me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.  If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet." John 13:13-14

On the night of the Last Super Jesus set a standard for all His followers.  After dinner Jesus disrobed and washed His disciple's feet.  Jesus was giving us an example of how we are to serve one another.  We are not to just look upon our own needs, but also the needs of our brothers and sisters.  We are to live to be a blessing!  We are told in the Bible to always do good, but when we have an opportunity to do something good for one of our brothers and sisters in Christ we should take advantage of the opportunity!  For when we do it is like doing something for Jesus Himself.  Take time today to see if you can be a blessing to your brothers and sisters in Christ.  If you have an opportunity to do something good for them, do it!

"Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others." Philippians 2:3-4
