Help...                                               

"Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up." Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

 

From the very beginning God saw that it wasn't good for man to be alone, so He made him a help-mate, a woman. This truth has never failed throughout time. Man needs help! As people in general, whether Christian or not, two is always better than one. There are support groups for about everything imaginable, from "alcoholic" support groups, to people who "love animals" support groups. As a society we recognize the importance of support.

 
As Christians we need help from you another. We need each other's support. When Jesus sent His disciples out He did it, two-by-two, He didn't send them alone. Jesus knew they would need support from one another. We need each other to strengthen our faith in times of doubt and confusion. Serving the Lord and fulfilling the Great Commission is a big task, and we need the support of one another to do so. The "Church" is the ultimate support group for Christians. We are there to lift one another up in difficult times. We are to have compassion on each other. When our brothers and sister in the faith stumble and fall we are to lift them up and not trodden them under foot. As the children of God let us love one another in deed, supporting and strengthening each other!
