"Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens." Psalm 68:19

Burdens, they are the things that keep us from living the abundant life Jesus has called us to!  These burdens are like heavy weights strapped to our back, they slow us down to a crawl and sometimes they even stop us dead in our tracks!  Most burdens come in the form of worries and concerns about the future or events that have taken place in our past that we have not been able to move beyond.  Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."  Jesus is ready today to take all of the burdens we carry upon Himself!  He desires for us to live a life of abundance in Him, but as long as we are carrying around heavy burdens this will never happen.  Whatever it is that's slowing you down hand it over to Jesus!  Allow Him to carry your burdens!  Choose to be free from worry and fear today that you may run the race that has been set before you!  Refuse to allow the devil to weigh you down with the burdens of this world!  Give them all to Jesus as you turn your eyes to Heaven calling on Him for deliverance!

"Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:6-7
