"Break their teeth in their mouth, O God! Break out the fangs of the young lions, O LORD!" Psalm 58:6

Pretty harsh verse for a daily devotional!  But, this is exactly how God will fight for His children!  We live in a world full of ungodly leaders who seek their own profit and put their own needs above those they are suppose to be serving.  We need not fret or despair over them; God will take care of business when the time is right.  In addition to this we can daily have those who would yield themselves to the enemy of our soul to cause us harm; we need not worry about them either.  Our Lord is at all times ready to do battle for us!  As God's children we are called to intercede in prayer for the world we live in, for our leaders and all those around us.  Let us strep onto the spiritual battlefield through prayer, acting in love, and allow our Lord to do battle for us!  Whatever may come at you today know that God loves you and will fight for you!  He will not forsake you!
