"Be exalted, O LORD, in your strength; we will sing and praise your might." Psalms 21:13 

There is no substitute for the strength of God!  Whatever we may think of our natural strength it could never replace the strength God desires to give us through His Spirit. Too often we try to praise the Lord with our own strength, and all it amounts to is a show for those around us to watch.  Even when we act with the best intentions, if we are using our own strength to worship God it will never truly exalt Him, as He deserves to exalted!  Jesus said, "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."  The truth is we can only worship our Lord by the power us His Spirit.  When the Spirit of God strengthens our sprit we are able to worship and exalt our God in a way that reaches the highest Heavens!  Rely on God's strength to live a life of worship, to offer a sacrifice of praise that will truly exalt Him!
