Signs And Wonders...
"Then Jesus said to him, "Unless you people see signs and wonders, you will by no means believe." John 4:48
Signs and wonders are truly awesome to witness! They are a true testimony to the reality of our Lord. As Jesus walked this earth He worked many miracles, and amazed many people. He made the lame to walk, the blind to see, He even raised the dead. Nicodemus the Jewish ruler came to Jesus and realized He was from God by all the miracles He did. Yet for all the sign and wonders He did there was still only a small amount of believers who received Him as Lord and Savior. As amazing as it is for people to see miracles take place, miracles don't save! The bible tells us that it is the Gospel that is the power of God unto salvation! Signs and wonders may make people believe, but it is the preaching of the Gospel that brings salvation. Share the Gospel with someone today! Don't be ashamed of it! Remember it is powerful, and brings life saving grace!
" Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you--unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures," 1 Corinthians 15:1-4
