"Then Naomi said to her daughter-in-law, Blessed be he of the LORD, who has not forsaken His kindness to the living and the dead! And Naomi said to her, This man is a relation of ours, one of our close relatives." Ruth 2:20

Naomi had faced some terrible loses with the death of her husband and than both of her sons. She had come to a place where she felt God had abandoned her. But now in the mist of her disappointment she finds new hope. Naomi comes to see that God has not left her, that in-fact He is right there with her and Ruth taking care of them!

God hadn't let Naomi or Ruth, He was just working His eternal plan out through them. Sometime we fill like Naomi, that God has abandoned us. There are times we are heartbroken and devastated. The trial of life can be overwhelming at times. Yet, as a child of God we have an assurance that He will NEVER leave us or forsake us! God is always with us, working out His eternal plan. When it seems as if all is lost and the God of your salvation has walked out on you, know for a certainty He has not! God is right there with you working out His plan for your life, and in due season He will be the One that mends your broken heart; He will be the One who turns your lose to gain giving beauty for ashes, strength for fear, gladness for morning, and peace for despair! In all you face know, the God of your salvation is with you!

"Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you." Hebrews 13:5
