"Then Joshua said to the children of Israel: How long will you neglect to go and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers has given you?" Joshua 18:3

God had given the Land of Canaan to the children of Israel and they had entered it and took position of much of it. Yet, as time passed they settled in and began to take their ease; they left much of the Land un-taken. God had given it to them, but it was up to them to go get it all. God didn't want them just to have part of it, He wanted them to have all that He promised them. Joshua tells the people to stop neglecting what God has given them. They were to get up and go get the promise. It was theirs, all they had to do was go and get it!

Every promise in God's Word is there for our taking! Every promise God has spoken to our hearts is waiting for us to go and get it! It is faith that moves us to take action on God's Word. It moves us from where we are to where God wants us to be. If God has promised you something, go get it! Don't wait around for something magical to happen. God has spoken, now rise up and go! Exercise the faith of God that lives inside you! When we move on God's Word we will see the promises of God unfold in our lives! The power and faith of God lives inside you, allow it to move you into receiving the fullness of God's goodness. The promises of God have been spoken to you, they have been given to you; now, don't wait any longer, go get them!
