"Therefore you shall be careful to do as the LORD your God has commanded you; you shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left. You shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God has commanded you, that you may live and that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess."  

Deuteronomy 5:32-33

God has given us His Word as the ultimate voice of truth. And by the power of the Holy Spirit we are called to walk in it. As we walk in His Word we are to add nothing to it. The Word of God is to be a straight and narrow path; there is no room for deviation. When we add to the Word even the smallest amount we change the infallible Word into something else. God Word is all powerful and the sum of all truth. There is no truth outside of God's Word. Refuse to add or take away from God's Word. Walk the straight and narrow path of God's Word in this life and you will see the power and favor of God continually unveiled in your life!
