"And He said, My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. Then he said to Him, 'If Your Presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here.'" Exodus 33:14-15

The very presence of God was to travel with the Israelites every where they went. The presence of God would bring the power, provision, and strength of God. God's presence is so great that Moses didn't want to go anywhere with the Israelites without it. God's presence would be with the Israelites all along their wilderness journey, and would be visible as a pillar of a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. God's presence would be the source of all of Israel's provision and protection on their journey to the promise land.

Today the presence of God still goes with the children of God. It is not in the form of a pillar of a cloud or a pillar of fire, but as the indwelling Holy Spirit. God's literal presence is with us, living inside us. We are a living temple of God; a house where God lives. God's presence is always with us! And, His presence is the source of our power and provision to overcome this world, doing all God has called us to do, as we actively pursue the furtherance of His Kingdom. Have no doubt, God is with you! He is there to provide for you, protect you, lead you, and empower you daily! His presence, which comes in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, is our ultimate source on this earth for all that is of God!

"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
