"The keeper of the prison did not look into anything that was under Joseph's authority, because the LORD was with him; and whatever he did, the LORD made it prosper."  

Genesis 39:23

Joseph would face some rough situations, but in all of them God was with him. When Joseph was sold into slavery he became to head of his master's house, everything was put under Joseph's control. And because God was blessing Joseph, everything that was under Joseph's authority prospered. Then when Joseph was falsely accused and thrown into prison, he still prospered, because God was still with him. Even in the most destitute of circumstances Joseph was able to prosper, for God was always with him.

Our circumstances should never dictate our success! Joseph kept a great attitude in all he went through, and because of this God was able to prosper him where ever he was. If we will keep a good attitude, keeping our eyes on God, refusing to compromise our integrity, God will bless us no matter how disastrous our situation looks like. God is able to bless us and show favor to us regardless of what the economy is doing or where we may be in our life. All we need to do is remain faithful to God as Joseph did, trusting in Him at all times, and we like Joseph will find ourselves blessed beyond measure in all areas of our life!
