"And the LORD appeared to him the same night and said, I am the God of your father Abraham; do not fear, for I am with you. I will bless you and multiply your descendants for My servant Abraham's sake." Genesis 26:24

Isaac had encountered some trouble with the native people of the land when his servants began to dig wells of water. God comes to him and tells him that He's with him, so he has no reason to fear. God had every intention of blessing Isaac for the sake of Abraham, and that's exactly what he did.

As we set out to do all God has called us to do there is no doubt we will encounter resistance. The enemy of our soul has no intentions of sitting ideally by as we conqueror the world for Jesus Christ. But for the same reason Isaac had no reason to fear, we too can go forward free of fear, for God is with us! In every challenge we face our God is there to fight for us! And just as God was going to bless Isaac for the sake of Abraham, we are blessed for the sake of Christ! Because of the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross God is with us to bless us and protect us! God is there to make our way prosperous! He is there to bless us every day, every moment of the day for the sake of Jesus Christ! Know today you are blessed and protected because of Jesus, and you have no reason to fear for God is with you!
