"And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 8:11

Jesus came to redeem the lost sheep of Israel, but it would not only be the children of Israel who would partake in everlasting life, nor was it God's desire that it only be them. God wanted all people and nations to be saved, and He still does. Abraham was told that all nations would be blessed through him, and as Jesus the promised seed came forth from the physical lineage of Abraham, the promise would be fulfilled.

It is God's desire that all be saved! The bible is clear that God has no joy when the wicket parish. God wants every tongue and nation across this world to sing His praise; to know of His saving grace. This is our Lord's desire and it is up to us His subjects to make it a reality. We have been entrusted with the words of life and we must spread those words across the world. It is every believer's responsibility to make sure that every tongue and nation receives the gospel. Let us each take hold of the Great Commission and see to it that the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ is spread to all nations!

" Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree"), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith." Galatians 3:13-14
