"Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation." 1 Peter 2:11-12

For many the only Bible they will ever read is the child of God. For This reason we must shine like lights in a dark and wicket world. There are many who have formed prejudices against those who call themselves "Christian" or those who go to church. And, as it is, many of these prejudices have been justly formed, but they were formed by reading the testimony of foolish Christians, or those who are only Christian by name. We must live exemplarily lives, so that our action may refute the false prejudices that have been built up about God's people! Then many will be won over to God's side and will be there to join in the celebration when Jesus returns! Let our character be godly, and let it testify of who Jesus truly is!
