This Program is for PSYCH-K enthusiasts who are in a position to take this work to people with health challenges, including their own. The course is designed to develop one's ability to address the underlying beliefs that limit wellness or impair healing - that is, to go to the source of the problem rather than remain at the level of the symptom.

 

This course has 4 major components:

  • A balance to align beliefs with those of long life and good health, as extrapolated from the Psychoneuroimmunological literature.
  • An action plan to help bring this new potential into manifestation.
  • A balance to experience a life, free of a particular medical issue, with a process to replace the perceptions, beliefs, and circumstances of that problem with those of a healthy life.
  • A discussion and practice of several methods of interviewing, to elicit potential meaning and any possible growth opportunity of a particular medical problem or symptom.

Dr. Duccio Locati

Dr. Duccio Locati is a doctor of Osteopathy living in Milan, Italy. He has always been interested in the connection between mind and body and our capacity for self-healing.

 

Dr. Locati learned PSYCH-K in February 2007 and became a certified instructor in May 2008. He has worked closely with Rob Williams, PSYCH-K Originator, to create this renewed, re-invented, and re-purposed iteration of the Health & Wellness Program.

 

Duccio's teaching style is inviting and inspiring and always with an abundance of humour thrown in. The Vancouver group of 2013 can't wait for him to come back so if you're interested in this program,

In the spirit of continuing these wonderfully collaborative learning sessions, Sandra's annual PSYCH-K Practice and Potluck is just around the corner.  

They are casual, friendly, supportive and fun while providing an opportunity for you to practice your skills, receive some wonderful balances and connect with other PSYCH-K Facilitators in your area.

The VAK that keeps on giving... 

In my last newsletter I shared the VAK to Bruce Lipton that I did last fall and as you know, it precipitated a magical weekend working with Bruce, Rob and Raes Williams.

 

Since then, more incredible things have and are unfolding. In April, I was invited to share the PSYCH-K Basic Workshop inside a local prison with a group of men, many of whom are serving life sentences. Before entering the prison I did a number of my own balances as this was an environment I had no experience with and admittedly, I was a little afraid.

 

To say this experience was a blessing and a gift for me is like saying it rains a bit in Vancouver - a massive understatement. I will write more about this experience in the next newsletter, by then I hope to have some photos to share, but for now, I wanted to show you the drum the men painted for me depicting the spirit name that was given to me by an Ojibwe elder when I turned 40.

Though the intention of the program was to help these men grow beyond the confines of the beliefs that had incarcerated them, 

I in turn broke free from the prison of 
my own limiting beliefs 

 as they pertained to safety, kinship and trust.

If so, might I suggest a VAK? They really are amazing and as you can see, one VAK can enrich lives exponentially!

 

We'll be working with and refining the VAK process during the upcoming PSYCH-K PRO workshop here in October 2014. I'll give everyone individualized feedback at that time and past participants say the class is full of all kinds of treasures.
