In the immortal words of George Harrison... "HERE COMES THE SUN. Here comes the sun, and I said - it's all right..."

 

Yes it's true, the sun has been out and the first cut of hay is off the fields. The horses have shed out, it's not warm enough for flies and dry manure is lighter than rain soaked manure. Yes indeed, it's all right.

 

As usual there is much to share so... let's begin...

THE MEDICINE HORSE

Though the teachings of the medicine horse are ever present here at Chiron's Way, a workshop to honour them formally is long overdue. 

It's been 3 years since we've walked the wheel with horses in this way.

 

Perhaps a reconnection with various First Nations teachings has awakened this spirit horse or perhaps it is the shifting energies in the Chiron's Way herd but in either case, the Medicine Horse is back, inviting you to walk the wheel with horses and gather your teachings from the four directions. 

 

To commemorate your walk, you'll create a medicine horse of your own, using Cal Peacock's medicine horse template.

is a synthesis of Sandra's learning from the fields of  Equine Guided Development and Belief Change Psychology, as well as the intense apprenticeship she has been immersed in with the Chiron's Way herd. 

 

Conscious Horsemanship
consists of 3 levels of mastery and originates from a question Sandra would ask herself over and again while offering equine guided sessions and programs for the last 15 years.

A quick note on
THE EQUINE APOTHECARY:

Sigh... I have a whole new empathy for writers. Where do they find the time amidst their busy lives. The discipline... This is my way of saying the progress on Grace's book has taken on the look of a half-HALT though new impetus has arisen in the form of another writing contest which ensures more writing will occur before the end of July.

I am on the edge of letting go in order to write forward. It's been an interesting internal journey. Thank you for your patience with me.
