Greetings!
Welcome to the latest edition of You Better Believe It, a great way to stay in touch with what's happening in the world of BELIEFS, BELIEF CHANGE, and PSYCH-K®. I want to dive right in as there is a tight turnaround for the Spring PSYCH-K Facilitators' Conference on April 20-21, ,2013. By all accounts, the Fall Conference was tremendously well received so please read below for the details.

In the last edition of You Better Believe It I mentioned that Dr. Duccio Locati was coming from Italy to teach the PSYCH-K Health and Wellness Program. To say it was mind blowing and altering and expanding and inspiring would be an understatement.
There are so many things I could share, which I will in future letters, but for now allow me to say that sleep has found me. No small matter in my case as I have been, up until a month ago, a lifelong insomniac.
I have tried EVERYTHING, including what I thought I knew about PSYCH-K but the HWP deepened my skill set into a place where I could literally go into the darkness to discover why I could not sleep - and balance accordingly.
February 26th!!!
I fell asleep and slept through the night without any sleep aids, mediation, sleep entrainment exercises, essential oils, baths, subliminal music, melatonin, valerian root, lavender, chamomile, sleepy time tea, whole brain postures, etc, etc, etc... AND I have been doing so every night since. Even sleeping through Greg's snoring :-) I feel like a new person and am beyond grateful for this incredible gift, and for the gift that is Duccio.
Thank you my friend.
We are keeping our fingers, wrists and and ankles crossed that Duccio will visit us again next year so let me know if you are interested in a future class.

The Conference
This Conference is specially designed for those who have already attended a PSYCH-K Basic Workshop, or more.
This is YOUR special gathering with YOUR colleagues from around the world! How is this Conference different from the last one? - This one will be more interactive. We'll open microphones for people to ask their question or share their success, live, in real time.
- We'll take more time for balancing for the good of humanity and Earth.
- The program is different. See the program.
- We've invested money in a better software infrastructure to make registering and getting all the information and connection links more seamless.
- Also, we've hired a customer service representative who will help you when there is a problem even our improved system can't handle.
Who can attend the Conference? Anybody who has attended at least a Basic PSYCH-K Workshop, with any Certified PSYCH-K Instructor. Please contact other PSYCH-K Facilitators you may know and send them this information. The more people who use PSYCH-K, the stronger the PSYCH-K field will be.
