Annual Fund Update
Thank you to everyone that has pledged or given to date! We have raised $216, 581 towards our goal of $300,000! Our parent participation is at 51%, staff participation is 100% and grandparent participation is 11%. If you have not already given, please give now to :
- Give the teachers the resources they need to engage, inspire and challenge the students.
- Give the students the resources they need to learn to think deeply and creatively, work collaboratively, and to serve their community with compassion and empathy.
- Give the administration the resources it needs to ensure an innovative program and extraordinary faculty continues to be the hallmark of a St. Anne's School education.
Important things to remember:
- You can make your gift over time. Just click here to contact the development office to set up a giving schedule.
- You can pledge now and you have until June 30 to pay that pledge.
- If you work for a company that matches philanthropic donations, make sure you get the form from your personnel office to send in with your gift.
- Parents in classes that reach 100% participation will be offered a Parents Night Out. We watch your children while you socialize with fellow parents or have a night to yourself!

Special Dress Day: Crazy Hair, Hat, Sock and Accessory Day Friday, January 25
Our next special dress day will be Friday, January 25. Students are invited to wear their craziest hair styles, hats, socks and/or accessories.

Family Visiting Day Friday, February 1
Please mark your calendar and join us for Family Visiting Day (for Kindergarten through Eighth Grade) on Friday, February 1. On Family Visiting Day, you'll have a chance to see our school in action, visit your child's classroom, watch the Middle School Concert, learn more about our curriculum, and attend transition meetings for families of students entering Kindergarten, First Grade or Fifth Grade next year.
VISIT YOUR CHILD'S CLASSROOM
Stop by any time during day to drop in to your child's classroom. Schedules will be sent home in KidMail so that you may plan your visit.
MATH CURRICULUM WORKSHOPS
Stop by the library to try your hand at some activities we use in the classroom at St. Anne's School. Parents are also welcome to drop-in to their child's classroom for their Math Workshop or into a Middle School math class.
TRANSITION MEETINGS
Transition meetings will be held for current Prekindergarten, Kindergarten and Fourth Grade families so that you can learn more about what to expect and how to prepare for the 2013-2014 school year. The Prekindergarten to Kindergarten and Kindergarten to First Grade meeting will be held at 8:15 a.m. and the Fourth to Fifth Grade meeting will be held at 9:15 a.m. Separate invitations will be sent to by your division's Program Director.
MIDDLE SCHOOL CONCERT
Our Middle School musicians and vocalists will perform at 1:15 p.m. to showcase the songs they have been working on throughout the year. All families are welcome to attend!

January Drive for FoodLink
Our January Drive will be directed towards the Emergency Baby Pantry at FoodLink. There is a constant need for items for the Emergency Baby Pantry, such as diapers, formula, and baby wipes, as well as newborn clothing. Other items on the list include bottles, pacifies, baby wash, sippy cups, towels, washcloths, layette blankets, socks and infant shoes. FoodLink has let us know that baby wipes are in desperate need!
Please bring your donations in by the last chapel of the month, Monday, January 28. We will bless the donations before we send them to FoodLink. Thank you for supporting this special collection.

Parent to Parent Coffees The Parents Association is excited to once again host Parent to Parent Coffees throughout the winter and spring. All are welcome to attend these informal morning coffees in the Parents Association Room. At each coffee, we'll discuss predetermined topics, with support from the St. Anne's School Administration. We'd like to know what topics you're interested in, so please take a moment to take our brief survey. Take the Parent to Parent Coffee Topic Survey>>
The survey will close on Friday, January 25. Once the survey is complete, we'll assign topics to dates throughout the rest of the year.
