As a national leader for cleantech innovation, the City of San Jose announces the launch of Prospect Silicon Valley (ProspectSV) on Thursday, November 7 at 11:00 a.m. in City Hall's Rotunda. / APIGEE MOVES HEADQUARTERS TO DOWNTOWN SAN JOSE

Equity Office Properties recently signed the largest Downtown lease of the year with technology growth company Apigee. Apigee signed a deal to lease more than 41,000 square feet, moving from Palo Alto into 10 Almaden. Apigee selected Downtown San Jose because of its access to talent,  hundreds of restaurants, transportation, housing, and events. / CLEANTECH OPEN RETURNS TO SAN JOSE'S CONVENTION CENTER 

From November 20-21, San Jose will host the Cleantech Open Global Forum, a two-day event to  showcase the most ambitious entrepreneurs and innovators of bold sustainability technologies from the U.S. and 20 countries. ZOLL Medical Corporation recently celebrated the opening of its California operations during a move to its new 124,500-square-foot facility at 2000 Ringwood Avenue in San Jose. / SUPERMICRO PURCHASES MERCURY NEWS BUILDING  
Supermicro recently purchased the Mercury News building for $30.5 million reaffirming their commitment to grow in San Jose. Charles Liang, president and chief executive officer, called the purchase "a milestone in our 20-year history," having founded the company in San Jose in 1993.
