Court records showed Tuesday that reckless murder charges against 59-year-old James Halsell of Huntsville are being sent to grand jurors in Tuscaloosa County.

I've known Ben pretty much my whole life," Stacy said. "In high school, Ben used to pick me up from school every day. I used to live on the other side of town and he used to come all the way across town to pick me up and he'd pick up other guys at the school. He had a Ford truck, a big pick-up truck, and he used to come get us every day. He'd round us all up and we'd go.
"I was out of his way. But Ben used to come and get me. That's just the kind of guy he is."

Brent Civitan Club June 2016 Guest Speakers were Cahawba Christian Academy Students, Darren Foshee and Michael Wallace who attended
the Harding University's 60th Anniversary of National Leadership Forum in Searcy, Arkansas the week of June 5th-10th, 2016.
Darren and Michael spoke about their experiences and what they learned while attending this forum.
