Sting of Heavy Equipment Thefts Ends With Two Arrested

Two are arrested and are charged with
heavy-equipment thefts which have occurred over the past eight months, including thefts in Bibb County.   

Recovered items include  
 skidsteers, a back hoe, an excavator, an aluminum boat, 3 ATVs, a dune buggy and 2 additional vehicles all totaling a value of more than $280,000.

Celebration On The Green - 2016
WATERMELON FUN RUN - JULY 1st 
Join us for the 3rd Annual Watermelon Run in Centreville, AL on July 1st! The race will begin at 6pm at Cahaba Medical Care, located at 405 Belcher Street. The race will end with an award ceremony that will lead directly into the firework display. Celebration on the Green festivities will begin at 1pm, so please feel free to come early!   

With registration, you will receive an athletic t-shirt, as well as post-race refreshments. There will be multiple water stations throughout the race. 

Families, kids, and strollers are all welcome to join! All proceeds will benefit the Cahaba Medical Care Foundation Community Center.
