We want to be sure all our information about your company is up-to-date.  If your company has changed its location, phone numbers or principal contact for MCAA, please notify us as soon as possible.  We want to be sure your listing in the annual Membership Directory & Buyer's Guide is up-to-date and that our lists are accurate to ensure you receive all your MCAA member benefits. Simply e-mail your changes to membership@mcaa.org or complete the change form available at www.mcaa.org/directory/changes and fax or mail it to us.  If you have any questions about your listing, please contact MCAA's Director of Membership Jan Grillo at 301-990-2218 or membership@mcaa.org. Thanks for helping us keep your records current and accurate.
ARE YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH PROFESSONALS REGISTERED FOR MCAA'S 2013 SAFETY DIRECTOR'S CONFERENCE?
Your company's safety and health professionals need the latest information about Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and actions along with other current and upcoming issues affecting workplace safety and health. The best source for that information is MCAA's Safety Director's Conference (January 15-17, 2013, Manhattan Beach, CA.). The program opens with Occupational Safety and Health Psychology expert Scott Gellar of Safety Performance Solutions who will speak about the Controversial Role of Discipline in Safety. Mike Farrington of CNA will present Mechanical Industry Loss Trends and David Sarvadi of Keller and Heckman will speak on OSHA initiatives. Other topics will include: ISNetworld, Safety and Productivity; Work Glove Technology; First Aid vs. Professional Medical Treatment; and OSHA's New Hazard Communications Standard. Please register at
www.mcaa.org/education. For more information, please contact Pete Chaney (pchaney@mcaa.org).
ENHANCE YOUR DISPATCHER'S SKILLS TO BOOST YOUR BUSINESS SUCCESS
Your dispatchers are the life blood of your company, and making sure their skills are up to par is essential to its success. That's why you need to send them to MSCA's two-day Dispatcher Professional Development Training Program (February 11-12, 2013 at the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Airport in Dania Beach, FL). Back by popular demand and newly updated, the course will enhance your dispatcher's skill set through group exercises, self-assessment tools and discussion groups. It's a great opportunity for them to develop their own professional network as well. Corporate training expert Nancy Bandy of TRAINSITIONS will lead the program. For more information or to register, go to http://www.mcaa.org/education/msca/.
