Hot topics include responses to attempts to expand the scope of bargaining unit work to off-jobsite locations, extraterritorial clauses in labor pact geographic jurisdiction clauses, labor-management cooperative committee issues, and many more current topics. The expanded publication also includes in-depth appendixes covering construction site strikes, picketing and boycotts; equal employment opportunity and affirmative action plans for federal contractors and subcontractors; and a detailed digest of Labor Department LM-2s for every UA local union.
