NOVA Company Visits during Spring Break

We have arranged a very unique opportunity to visit a number of Northern Virginia firms in Tyson's during Spring Break. Sadly, only 3 students responded to last week's email. We can improve on that number.

Friday March 11

2:00pm-4:00pm - Baker Tilly (8219 Leesburg Pike, Suite 800
Tyson's Corner, VA 22182)

These on-site company meetings will be open to accounting majors, any academic year, who are eligible to work in the US.

Thursday, March 10

1130am-130pm - Farm Credit Administration

(1501 Farm Credit Drive, McLean, Va. 22102)

This on -site company meeting is open to all Business Majors who are sophomores, juniors or seniors, and are eligible to work in the US.

Previous similar meetings have produced many interviews, internships and full-time jobs for students. Student must provide their own transportation and dress in business casual attire.

Space is limited to the first 12 students who email smease@vt.edu.

Once you send the email committing yourself to attending, then we will expect your attendance. Your name will be shared with employers. So, if you do not show up, then the recruiters will know.
You may attend one or all of the events. However, you are strongly urged to attend all that occur in one day.

Connections Career Fair - February 23rd

The University sponsored career fair will be held on Tuesday February 23rd in Squires Student Center. I encourage you to attend if you have not yet secured a full-time job or internship for this year. There will not be as many business students present as Business Horizons so you may have less competition for certain jobs. Please check here for more details...
