Year Graduated: Spring 2015 Major: Management - HR Where are you working now? Hajoca in Richmond, VA Job title/Job Responsibilities? I am in the Management Development Program. As a Manager Trainee, I am learning all aspects of the business, including learning the warehouse, counter, operations and purchasing, and inside and outside sales, in the span of 3 years. At the end of the program, I will get placed as a manager of a Profit Center.

Company Days in the Pamplin Atrium
Company Days are when firms come to the Pamplin Atrium and setup booths for students to learn more about their employment opportunities. Firms will distribute food, swag and info about their company. This is a great opportunity to connect with recruiters in an informal way. Firms will typically be there from 10am-2pm each day.
