Understanding the Recruiting Season
About two-thirds of college recruiting is done during the fall semester and most of that activity is seen in September and October.

It's vitally important to take advantage of the opportunities on campus during the first few weeks of the semester. Your chances of success in getting an internship or full-time job will be greatly enhanced.

If you have questions about understanding, navigating or connecting to the job and internship market, please email Jenn Carty at jcarty@vt.edu to schedule an appointment.
