Thanks for submitting your resume to us. We sent it out to our entire employer database. I hope many of you have received emails or phone calls wanting to schedule an interview. I have heard from a few of you and recruiters.
When we send out emails, we use a tracking systems that gives us results from a campaign. Specifically, as a group, your resumes were clicked by 128 recruiters. These 128 people clicked on a collective total of 1233 resumes. Put another way, a student's was viewed about 10 times. What next? Here are 5 follow up items.

2. Additionally, if you would like to learn more about this data, meet 1-1 to further determine your job search strategy, then please schedule something with me - sooner than later.
3. We will be hosting a conference call with employers who are still interested in hiring you. It will be a chance for you to call in and listen to the employer pitches and ask them questions through the chat feature. More details are coming.
4. On Tuesday, May 5, a number of employers will be in the Pamplin Atrium from 8-5pm for the BIT Showcase day. This may be a great opportunity to talk to firms participating in this event. I do not have a full list of firms attneding at this time.
5. Finally, I would ask that once you become successful in your job search whether it's next week or next month, it really helps everyone for you to complete the Post-Graduation Survey
