On Friday, April 17, we will be taking a bus of students to Charlotte to visit three area employers - Red Ventures, Wells Fargo and Vanguard. Many of you have participated in similar events in the past. Here is the schedule:
645am - Leave Blacksburg 10 am - Arrive at Red Ventures 1015am-1145am - Visit with Red Ventures 1145-1230pm - Travel to Wells Fargo 1230-215pm - Visit with Wells Fargo 215-3pm - Travel to Vanguard 3-5pm - Visit with Vanguard 5-830pm - Return to Blacksburg
To sign up, email Sarah Messer (sgkarlin@vt.edu) with your name, year, major and email. Space is limited. Preference is given to underclassmen any major first, then graduating seniors.
If you sign up you will be expected to attend. Your name will be shared with employers. Failure to show up with negatively impact your future employability, so take this commitment seriously.
Dress is business casual. Please bring copies of your resume. Food and snacks will be provided. |
