We would like to thank you for recruiting our students by registering for our Fall Virginia Tech Business Horizons Job Fair on Thursday, September 18 from 10-4pm in Squires Student Center. Here are some things you will need to know:
(1) Parking at the Fair There are 3 ways to get parking passes prior to the fair: 1. At Squires when you unload your items 2. At the Upper Chicken Hill Parking Lot, shuttle drivers will have passes 3. At the Employer and Faculty Reception on Wed, September 17 from 530-730pm at the Holiday Inn Blacksburg.
(2) Employer and Faculty Reception
You and your company representatives are invited to our annual employer and faculty reception on Wed, Sept 17 from 530-730pm at the Holiday Inn Blacksburg. No registration is required. After this event, you may setup your booth in Squires from 830-1030pm. This is highly recommended.
(3) Learn more about Pamplin's new centers
For companies interested in Big Data, Entrepreneurship and Sales, you will want to attend short presentations in the Jamestown Room at Squires (located just steps from your booth) from 9-945 am on September 18.

(4) Business Horizons Career Fair Mobile App
We will have a mobile app for our students to navigate the maze of employers for our fair. It is powered by Cvent/Crowd Compass. Go to your app store and search Business Horizons to download the app.
(5) Twitter Hashtag for Business Horizons
If you tweet, please use #BHCareers to monitor the discussion. The Pamplin twitter handle is @VTPamplin and mine is @stuartmease.
(6) Interviews on September 19
If you would like to interview candidates on September 19, please email Sarah Messer (sgkarlin@vt.edu) to reserve your space in Commonwealth Ballroom from 830-430pm.
