There will be no more job fairs on campus for Pamplin students this semester. I trust many have secured full-time jobs and internships, or are in the process of interviewing.
If you have been unsucessful to this point, it will not get any easier as the number of opportunities to connect to companies will be few from now until May.
Therefore, you must take advantage of opportunities posted below, and also apply the process of the Perfect Job Seeker book that we have given you.
In addition, we will be hosting some special events, info sessions and company days over the next few weeks.

| Visit Richmond Accounting Firms on Spring Break |
We have arranged a very unique opportunity to visit three Richmond public accounting firms on Tuesday, March 11 during Spring Break.
10:30am-12:30pm Cherry Bekaert (Downtown)
1-3pm - Keiter (West End)
3:30-5:30pm - Dixon Hughes Goodman (West End)
The on-site company meetings will be open to any accounting major, any academic year.
Space is limited to the first 10 students who email smease@vt.edu. Once you send the email committing yourself to attending, then we will expect your attendance. Your name will be shared with employers. So, if you do not show up, then the recruiters will know.
You may attend one or all three of the events. However, you are strongly urge to attend all three.

I spoke to their recruiter, Joe Santulli, at the University wide job fair last Tuesday and as of 130pm he had no one to interview the next day. That is disappointing. Please email Joe (josesan@cdw.com) and ask if he would consider you for an interview for a sales position they have available in Northern Virginia. Othwerise, he will probably not recruit at Virginia Tech again.
